"I am an excitable person who only understands life lyrically, musically, in whom feelings are much stronger as reason.
I am so thirsty for the marvelous that only the marvelous has power over me. Anything I can not transform into something marvelous, I let go. Reality doesn’t impress me. I only believe in intoxication, in ecstasy, and when ordinary life shackles me, I escape, one way or another. No more walls."

Touching Words
There is a wonder in reading Braille that the sighted will never know: to touch words and have them touch you back.

Saturday's at the books store.

I Love Books and the moment i get into a book store I'm wrapped in the scent of the books. I like the way the book are packed, i like the colours that spring up in linear, i like that this place represents a world of possibility and stretches of imagination.
I spend many Saturday mornings in bookstores.
My absolute favourite one, is at the Hospice charity shop complex on Louis Botha in Johannesburg.
I found some great books in ridiculously low prices. It’s a great way to give back as well.

I know why a caged bird sings
"The caged bird sings with a fearful trill of things unknown but longed for still.
His tune is heard on the distant hill for the caged bird sings of freedom"

INDIA.

I recently spent two weeks in India. What really started a flirtation ended up as a great Love affair. Among many tales, I had heard stories of India being a spiritual home. She was that to me, it was almost as if her spirit captures your soul and holds from the day you arrive. I can't tell you what it is, as is often with most spiritual experiences- but I can tell you that her people are connected to their spirituality. Perhaps it’s intertwined in their lifestyle but I can say that it is a great pilgrimage for the soul. I enjoyed every corner, the food was great, there is so much to do, so much colour so much Life.
